Maintenance Team

Led by the Property Manager, the maintenance team is responsible for keeping the College's grounds and facilities in good order. The College's maintenance team has five members: Richard Foster (Property Manager), Marcus Verwey, George De Bono, Tony Zander and are currently recruiting a new team member to replace long time employee, Richard Weiss, who retired in July 2023.

They have all had previous experience in other trades, including painting, horticulture, and construction. They are also assisted by student workers from time to time.
