St Mark’s College fees cover all living expenses including high-quality meals, utilities, access to facilities including the gym and extensive study spaces, weekly room cleaning, Internet access, pastoral support and access to an extensive academic tutorial program.
There are many other inclusions which can’t be quantified such as the inter-college sporting program, mentor program, social and artistic events and various other clubs and activities available throughout the year.
Fee payment information for 2021 is provided below.
All fees quoted are GST inclusive and are for the whole academic year of 40 weeks for all students comprising two 20-week semesters. Students who apply for second semester entry, who are on a study abroad program, or who only have a semester remaining in their degree can apply for a 20-week single semester contract.
No refunds will be made in the case of students whose academic year is less than 40 weeks. Weekly fees for students
who stay beyond the 40 weeks (in Dec – Feb) are charged according to vacation residence rates.

Payment of College Fees
One of four options can be chosen for the payment of fees:
- Full year fees, which attract a discount of $450 if paid on or before a 19 February 2021
- Three instalments
- Nine monthly payments
- Twenty fortnightly payments
What is included in the College Fees?
Your College fees cover your living expenses including furnished private room, weekly room cleaning, all meals, utilities, laundry facilities, bike storage and access to Foxtel. It also includes access to facilities such as extensive study spaces, library with key academic resources, state-of-the-art gymnasium, music rooms and equipment, and chapel.
There are many other inclusions which can’t be quantified such as a wide variety of wellbeing support and training programs, tutorial and academic support programs, mentoring, and networking opportunities are also included within the College fees, along with social and community events, inter-collegiate sporting program, artistic events and activities, and leadership and career development opportunities.
