Congratulations to John Basten AO and Pamela Wall AO

We are pleased to share the excellent news that members of the St Mark’s community were made Officers of the Order of Australia (AO) in the recent honours list:

  • The Honourable Justice John Basten AO (St Mark’s 1966-68) for “distinguished service to the law as a judge, to legal education, to board and commission roles, and as a champion of Indigenous and human rights”, and
The Honourable Justice John Basten AO
  • Dr Pamela Wall AO (Honorary Fellow and Governor of St Mark’s College Foundation) for “distinguished service to the community through charitable support and philanthropic contributions, and to the community of South Australia”.
